Meet Susan

It is estimated that some 20,000 children are living on the streets of Santa Cruz, most existing in detriorating family situations. Once on the street, they become participants in a pattern of behavior that includes drug and alcohol use, robbery and prostitution.

The Walter Henry Educational Complex, is an outreach of the New Life (Nueva Vida) Church. The complex is designed to help childen continue in school, to strengthen families, and to offer possibilities and hope for a better chance in life.
